How to Uncover Your Natural State
Tibet House, New York City, October 9, 2010
Tibet House New York City October 8, 7-9pm
Our natural state of mind is one of happiness, freedom, and peace. Through proper meditation we clear away all the stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction that covers up that inner nature and we get in touch with who we really are. This connection with our underlying nature instills in us a sense of confidence and comfort that helps us in everything we do. And by gradually becoming more familiar with the fundamental qualities of our mind every area of our life improves.
In this evening talk, Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will share insights into using the principles of Buddhist practice to rest our mind in its natural state, clear away the obscurations of our true nature, and discover our underlying happiness, contentment, and serenity.
Intended for all levels. No background with meditation is necessary. Details: http://www.tibethouse.us/programs/full-calendar/view/306435/114
